I ordered the flashlight on the 17th of December. Paid $80 for the 1200 Lumen flashlight. It was stated on the invoice that it was 5 day rush shipping. It arrived while we were out of town for the holidays on the 31st. Left at our garage.
Upon returning we happily turned on the light and the brightness was EXTREMELY disappointing. The flashlight was manufactured so poorly the power button fell off the second time we turned it on. Since I am the one that ordered it, the gentleman waited for me to return to deal with the returning of the flashlight. I called on the 10th to have the product returned and the combative gentleman that answered the phone stated quickly that when the product was received that there was a disclaimer "shipped with it" that all returns had to be made within 3 days. This paper does not exist.
He did not even let me get into the defect or the brightness issue. He automatically told me the 3 day policy and no returns. I told him we would reverse the charges on our credit card. He said they would fight it. How do you like that customer service?

What this tells me is that they get a lot of calls for returns and rather than dealing with the overwhelming amount of issues from selling an inferior product they decided to cut every caller off and aggressively state their 3 day policy.
Instantly told the 3 days return policy. I hung up.
