Hav'ent recieved order, overcharged card $674, no answer to emails or phone calls

1. I ordered a $77.98 rechargeable flashlight 15 days ago and have'nt recieved it yet.
2. Mrculpepper never sent me a UPS tracking # so I could check the progress.
3. E-mailed for help and never recieved an answer.
4. Called by phone aprox. 10 times over 4 days and nobody answers and there is not even an answering machine used so you can leave a message.
5. My charge card has been billed $752.89 and I only bought a flashlight costing $78 including shipping and handling. (overbilled $674.91)
Something really wrong with this web business, Bad, Bad, Bad.
