Ordered tablet i cancelled the same day due to being out of stock. I then was still charged for the tablet and now cannot get anyone to respond by phone or email.internet

I am very disappointed in the company itself. I ordered a tablet from them and cancelled the same day due to being out of stock and unable to get by Christmas. I however was still billed for it and am unable to get any answer by phone or email.
