Hello everyone, I just want to share what happened to me recently so anyone who auctions with them can keep there guard up. So I'm getting ready for Christmas and I have been wanting a tablet to give to a family member. They were auctioning off an HP TouchPad Wi-Fi 32 GB 9.7-Inch Tablet, I bidded for it. Calculating (. 60 per bid) the bids tax shipping I paid about 56$ total for a 250$ tablet. I was very excited, so I was waiting for a confirmation on the tablet, yes I paid for the tax and shipping. Until later I received an email letting me know it was out of stock and I had two options. I can either choose a replacement of items they pick for me or I can have a refund (they would give me an additional 25 bids either way). I wrote them explaining that it deceiving that they post up items they don't even have in stock. Because then other bidders who did not win lost money on an item they do not even have! So they scammed not only me but them-they sent me a very generic email apologizing but not even working with me to replace it with another tablet. Please everyone be careful with this company-I understand bidding carefully and not just bidding away and thinking about it. But when they post up items that are not even stocked and fool everyone that is definitely a scam!
