I ordered a tablet from this company and cancelled it within 7 days (as advised by their website) for a full refund. They then dispatched the tablet 4 hours later and after many many emails with Cathy they say they will not refund me until they receive the tablet and I have to stand the shipping cost. (Note tablet has not arrived yet)
