I have remodeled several homes in the last 20 years. I saw an ad that Home Depot was running on cabinets, and I made an appointment. I told the salesman that I wanted the top of the line, and he guaranteed me that they were top shelf. I paid over $25,000 in February. The cabinet doors are in terrible condition, Home Depot has not resolved the problem, and they will not call me back. I am very unhappy.
AM Express is now helping with a dispute (unfortunately, you have to take $28,000 away from them to get their attention; hopefully someone will care). Do not buy Kraft Maid, and do not expect Home Depot to do a good job or stand behind their product!
