I cancelled my $399.99 annual subscription within 2 hrs of subscribing because it didn't seem to be working and they chargded me $85.00 plus a $25.00 cancellation fee. The original 1st hour was promise

I was using a free trial of Omnitechsuppot to help my computer with the, send/receive not working. After a long time (one hour) they said it would be better to subscribe to their $399.95 annual service. It still wasn't looking good so i asked to cancel my subscription which had been in effect about 20 minutes and they said it would cost 85.00 for the work (which was supposed to be free) and a$25.00 cancellation fee. Iam supposed to get confirmation of my cancellation in 2 days also they would not give me any American contacts except to say it was a Los Angels co. Can you help me Iam 81 years old and this is a lot of money and time for my age.
