I had Omni Tech. Support work on my computer, about 10 times or more to get it working. I still have issues, when you contact them they are badgering you to buy a extended service package when they are in the middle of tring to fix your computer problems. Some Techs are kind some are rude, I feel like they aren't well trained and they are working from India, that dosen't bother me. They need to fix what they have been paid to do, and do it right. And stop the salemanship over the internet. My computer is not working great as I am writing this complaint. I have asked for a refund, and have been ignored.
