I bought the HP photosmart 2410. I started getting error messages all over my screen.
I called their customer assistance which is somewhere in a foreign land and very lmited English. I spent 3.5 hours because we could not understand each other (isn't different languages great?!?! Creating a barrier that will burst eventually!)
They sent me a new disc finally saying i just had a corrupted file. (The answer when they don't know or just don't really understand English). I did everything I was supposed to do and still have the same error message.
I emailed the same customer service 2 weeks ago and still have heard nothing.
This is horrible as I use it for business.
