Verizon fraudently charged a cancelled credit card for the billing of an account. The card was not ours, but a previous employer's company credit card. We called, stopped by their sattelite offices four times, insisted on speaking with their legal department (they never passed the information on), wrote letters, spoke with many "supervisors", all to no avail. Verizon is not to be trusted. This may be why their profits are so low for the last quarter; word gets around.
