My son dropped his iTouch on the last day of the warranty. He could not go to the store to turn it in because he had to work and they were closed when he was off work (it was a Sunday). He went to their store the first thing the next day (he was there when they opened as a show of good faith). They would not help him. Talked to one of the store managers and finally the store General Sales Manager. Again, no cigar. Even talked to their Support (the gal at their Support Department said that they should cover it).
They talk a good talk but they don't walk the walk. And they are NOT interested in Customer Service.
