Ude customer service - manager with bad attitude towards customers

Had return of defective item. Customer service rep says "you have to go get another one because I do not know if this is what is on the receipt". I asked why they can't call someone in that dept so I did not have to walk across the store to do your employees work. I talked to a supervisor and she said "it would be an inconvenience to the person working in that dept". I could not believe a manager said that. It blew my mind that you workers are inconvenienced by your customers. I told her I can bring my purchases to another store and she said " if that is how you feel go ahead". Is this how you want your customer to be treated. This was the worst customer service I have ever had anywhere. This was experience at the Darboy area target store on Sunday April 25th around 11:45 am. I hope that this manager has a serious adjustment made to her customer service skills or a lot more customer will be lost. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
