On 08-25-11 I bought a check from Ubid.com, after 14 days I obtained my product, after starting the bundle, there is no cord included.

On 09-09-11 I approached ubid.com per phone and recommended the repetition. That I want a RMA# along with a mailing solution for FED-EX to deliver the item back.

I had been e mailed all of the info and also the same-day I deliver the item back again to ubid.com

Our bundle was obtained by ubid.com on 09-15-11 at 1:47 pm indication by ELIZABETH *. I was informed with a repetition from ubid.com that my reimbursement is likely to be released within 10 times.

Today is 10-04-11 and after many emails and telephone calls to ubid, I acquired no solution about my refund or perhaps a day after Iam guess to get my reimbursement.

I tried again today to talk to a repetition. And after being on store for 75 Minute that will be a typical store period for ubid.com, I had been informed there having complex problems and cannot access my consideration and that I could be called back within 1-hour.

Obviously, I never obtained a call-back, or have I noticed something about my reimbursement via email.

At this time I firmly think, that ubid.com isn't giving a reimbursement, despite the fact that my return was just as explained in ubids.com returns policy and methods.

Iam at the conclusion of my options and that is why Iam publishing this below to alert everybody else to become excessively cautious when coping with ubid.com.
