I bought a lap top from Best buy and bought their insurance in case of accidents, Well we had an accident and took the laptop back to best buy geek squad for repairs. They give you a tracking number and tell you it will be 3 to 4 weeks before you get your product back. It is now going on 3 months and we can not even get best buy management to call us back. Seems to me if a product takes this long to repair that they would go ahead and a replace it. Which they have the option to do. I do not wish to take months waiting. There is no excuse in these types of delays. Rest assured the next time I need to buy something of this nature I will not be going to Best Buy. I have bought all my laptops from them but will not do it again.
