I bought a Samsung 50-inch Lcd Television and also the cell went. Three times they delivered the incorrect cell towards the support technology after which after three times they stated they'd not deliver a different one after 8 weeks of currently coping with them. Alternatively I'd to simply accept a prorated refund.
Properly the reimbursement is 1 / 2 of what I taken care of it. Then after more a week I named to request when they'd be delivering the check or had they. At this time, i.E. 2 and 1/2 weeks later I had been today informed they required it back first. After I stated I had been never informed this also it was yet another oops I sorry plus they might deliver anyone to choose it-up in of a week.
So now I advised it'll be considered a few more months until I get my check delivered.
Many unreliable customer support I've ever endured to handled. One error after another plus one more justification after another. I'd NEVER purchase a Samsung product again.
