I purchased a 32-inch SAMSUNG TV on April 29 that had a-one year guarantee.in early July the image switched a dim shade, then dark. I got it traditional and changed by having an aged 20-year old Television while looking to get the initial mounted. I named SAMSUNG plus they stated they'd try to look for an area technician to correct the collection.in regards to a week later I chose to attempt it again. It worked and that I named Samsung and advised that it'd fixed itself. It worked okay till July 22 when it failed again. Following a phone to Samsung they found an area technician to focus on the collection. On 29 July an area technician arrived on the scene, looked over it and requested a brand new movie panel. Didn't function. After failed efforts to obtain the technician to repair the Television, Samsung ultimately discovered another technician to focus on it. On October 4, a technician arrived on the scene, same issue and requested another movie panel on Oct 6. Eight nights afterwards October 15, technician named and stated Samsung named that evening and mentioned they required another quantity off it before they might deliver the component. However awaiting my new Television to become set. I compained often to Samsung concerning the Television and insufficient support, and seeking they supply another Television or simply return my income. Mentioned they mightnot take action. The botton point is the fact that after nearly 8 weeks I still am awaiting my Television to be fixed. Even though reps in the organization were really respectful and appeared seriously interested in supplying great support I'm extremly upset concerning the compainies reaction, but still awaiting the issue using the Television to become set.
