I bought a fresh LG machine and dryer in October. The dryer abruptly ceased operating 6 months before. We've had the fix man out three times and it is still not mounted. The client support reps are EXTREMLY rude and unconcerned. The dryer is 9 months old and contains been damaged for 6 MONTHS!!! The machine "walks" throughout the spin period, and that I was informed it was since I had been overloading it. Based on LG, the additional large volume machine is just with the capacity of cleaning 3 towels at the same time?!?! I'll never buy an LG equipment again.
