Dec I bought a front-loading LG machine/dryer combination from the local Bestbuy. The machine has provided reasonable efficiency, however the dryer is real crap. I've the 2nd dryer today after three support calls, as time passes removed from work with these calls, and wrangling using the inefficient, do not worry about the client, customer support representative;s who work with LG. The very first dryer had faulty wheels right from the container. No quantity of fresh wheels in the earlier, or even the existing dryer may cure this issue. LG provides you with the same kind of tune and party each time you contact, " it is a guarantee problem". Trust me this really is my first and LAST LG purchase. Lowest quality items realized just by worse customer support. Mix free from LG.
