I purchased the Kenmore HE2 plus front-loader machine and dryer, on 10/8/08 within the quantity of 1384.63. I've had only issues with this machine and dryer. After I first bought the dryer door sprang open continuously during use. I named had it maintained. It survived on month, and it has extended to take open. The machine doesn't spin all of the water from the garments half the full time, which isn't because of overloading. Today the machine don't work on all, I've attempted every difficulty shooting suggestion, the web etc. Nothing works that I've tried. I named Sears, and that I need to delay 14 days to get a support phone, and it'll charge 109.00 for that support call
Plus components. I've bought furniture, cleaners, artisans software boxes for my salon, in addition to a machine and dryer for my salon. I at this time don't believe I'll be using the services of sears anymore, until I obtain a complete refund.
