We recently bought a machine and dryer from ABC. We weren't happy with the revenue stress of the warranty. The salesman wouldn't take-no for a solution. We quit the shop and just delivered because of the $400 distinction in cost. Upon shipping, we obtained a power dryer not gasoline and didn't get a stacking package without having "stackable" device. We informed the salesman that people required a gas dryer, at virtually no time did he note we'd not get a gas dryer or atleast the discussion package. It was one more $60.00 and ABC doesn't offer them. Component must be requested from our equipment repair guy and mounted by getting the drum from dryer. No little work and also the unique $400 savings has evaporated down to not as. The salesman needed us to focus on his time period to treat THE INCORRECT dryer being shipped. Very dissapointed in customer support and fulfillment. We shall spend additional (perhaps, maybe not) the next time and save about the tension.
