Horrible and abusive customer service representative internet

I called Verizon because my phone had received a strange text message that concerned me. I explained the situation with the rep and she seemed to be confused. She insisted she would block the number and I finally agreed even though I really did not think that would fix the situation. She then sent me over to technical support for a problem with my service that was always having problems. When I got on the line with the technical support rep we started hearing talking. The women had not disconnected the line and we heard her talking.

"The loony bin must have lost a patient today. Oh, yeah! That lady I just transferred was complaining about a strange text message. Oh yeah she was crazy! How do you handle a person who is completely out of it? Yeah absolutely a dumb ass. She had me laughing so hard." THEN TONS OF CACKELING! IT WAS THE WORST LAUGH EVER!

I was freaking out on the line. "Excuse me sir, she is talking about me! She is saying those things about me? Why is she saying those things?"

He insisted we hang up and he would call me back. I hung up out of frustration, disgust, and sadness.

I called to file a complaint. I have no idea if anything has come of it! I just want you all to know:
