Beware! I recieved a text from 312-52 Stock tips: Professional stock picks??? On Jan 5 never opened it till I got my bill from Verizon wireless. I had a charge for $9.99 and the lady said because I didn't reply stop I was charged $9.99. I told her I never even opened the text because I had no idea who 312-52 was she said it doesn't matter it was sent to me and i should have responden to it. I complained and said it wasn't right that I have to pay because I didn't respond to a text and never opened it. She told me she would credit me 5.00 but I said I shouldn't have to pay a penny. She told me Verizon supposably has a class action law suit againts them but I feel Verizon is in on the deal because why would they only credit me $5.00??? I hung up and looked for info on google and nothing at all!!!
So I called Verizon back and talked to a guy named Stefon and he basically told me the message went threw and if I didn't want it I would hae replied back??? I told him how could I reply when I never opened the message.
