Wirelessoemshop.com This company stole my money, i ordered and item 2 weeks ago and it hasn't come yet and it supposed to come in 5 days, i think they made me a fraud

Ok 2 weeks ago i ordered an mp3 player which it supposed to come in 5 days and i've been waiting for it too much, they just told me to wait but the item hasn't come and they didn't give me any information to track my item or something, i think they made me a fraud, this website doesn't have anything to be contacted, i just need help and my item or my money back thank you...
