When the product I purchased arrived, the first thing I noticed is that it was not 'new' as advertised. Secondly, when I paired my 'new' earpiece to my Blackberry, the earpiece (Jawbone) did not function propertly. The speaker portion did not work. After speaking with Igor Aminov he asked me to run to the post office and ship the item back. He said he would send another earpiece out after confirming that I sent the broken one back. I called and informed him it had been mailed. A week and a half later, after 2 emails and 3 voicemails, I finally got him on the phone. He hadn't even sent the replacement out... And had already recieved the broken earpiece a week earlier. I would be very leary of doing business with this seemingly one man outfit. Buy at your own risk.
