A Aminov Had to file Paypal claim to get refund - lost cost to ship back defective device

I ordered a Motorola Bluetooth, and the one shipped to me was defective. My email to the store was ignored, so I consulted my Paypal payment history, and tried the email provided there. I was advised to return the defective device, but no refund was promised, even after a refund was specifically requested via a paypal problem resolution communication.

I used Fedex to return the device, and therefore had proof of delivery. I had to file a Paypal claim to get the refund. I consider this very poor customer service, and will avoid this seller in the future. I am out my cost to return the defective merchandise.
