I bought a Bluetooth headset and they shipped an old device that did not work. I called them to tell them about it and they told me to send it back. They sent me another one, and it was so old and dirty that I didn't even try to use it; it was disgusting!
I called them again and they told me to send it back. I was already down the cost of shipping the merchandise twice. Then they said if I wanted a refund and I said yes, but the refund never came in spite of multiple pleas for the money.
I even notified them that I was going to contest the charge to my credit card and that most likely I was going to win because I didn't have the item that I paid for. I told them this was going to cost them the chargeback fee that the credit card companies charge when the merchant loses a case, but they did not bother to answer the emails.
I got my money back but I lost the money to ship the bad items back plus the aggravations that I went through with this ordeal.
Stay away from this company!!
