Ann West Fraudulent Customer, Scam Artist

Ann West of Nationwide Signing sent a Fed Ex envelope to our place of business. The envelope required a signature. A week later, Ann West contacted me stating that she sent a box with test equipment contained therein. A package was not shipped nor received, rather an envelope, as was confirmed by Fed Ex.
Ann West attempted to claim a monetary compensation for a package received with a GN Nettest module contained therein.

I contacted the laboratory facility who calibrated the unit as indicated by the serial number from Ann West.
They confirmed all of the information, and agreed that fraud was attempting to be conducted. Legal Counsel was contacted, and they sent a formal letter to Ann West et al. A response was requested and never received.

This false accusation is despicable. A true and honest person would file the complaint as I have done, without withholding any information, including contact name and company information.
