I was scammed by West Coast Comfort
Do not get taken by this company!!!
I spoke with Jacob of West Coast Comfort several times regarding the 3-4 person carbon hemlock infrared sauna advertised on the WCC website. He sent me an order form with an invoice number, address and phone number of the company Millennium Comfort DBA WCC, 1559B Sloat Blvd, Suite 265, San Francisco, CA, 888-800-5635. The invoice number is #01102011a2 and shipping instructions are "Freight Line." The final order amount after taxes and a discount of $268 is $1666. I sent a check for the full amount but have never received a sauna!!! After repeated phone calls to get the delivery date, shipping information or any information on the delivery my phone calls stopped being answered. The check has been cashed. Yet a month and half later NO SAUNA and no contact. I have written a letter but to no avail. My only recourse has been to file a complaint with the Attorney General and to pursue any other legal recourse available. My intention is to do whatever is in my power to see that others are not taken as I have been. I will use Facebook, Twitter and any other websites to advise of this fraud and scam. Beware of this fraudulent business!!!
