On a recent West Jet trip i found the seating to be uncomfortable and the service poor.
I know in this economy that the right and happiness of the customer dont really matter but i also think that companies should be trying harder then ever to keep customers happy and i expect more from West Jet.
I would like to make an official complaint here and have someone from West Jet contact me.
