On June 28, I ordered from www.wallysell.com an Alienware laptop M17 for $368. They told me I would receive it in 5 days, but it never happened. After 5 days, I contacted them via the chat window that they have on the website and they told my that the laptop was in the "customs" and needed another $184 because the "new regulation". So I sent them the extra money. After that, I contacted them in the same way telling me that they shipped the laptop but to the wrong address. So I have to wait another week for them to receive it from the wrong address and resend it. That was on June 8th.
Yesterday, I talked to them online again telling me exactly the same thing, that the laptop was sent to the wrong address and I have to wait another week. I told them that this happened again and they got mad at me and told me that they don't want to do business with me anymore. I asked them to refund my money and they told me that they will do that in 20 days.
