I placed an order to buy asus laptop for $384 on june 12. After a week, i followed up with them. I was told china customs charge $170 for taxes. So i was asked to pay more for that amount. So on june 18 i sent $170. After a week, when i followed up with them, i was told china customs broke it. I was told to wait another week for a replacement. After a week, i was told the shipment was lost. So i was given a choice for a replacement or refund. I choose a refund. After a week, i was given a western union mtcn to claim my refund. But when i went to western union i was told the mtcn does not exist. Now, i tried to follow up but i was ignored by putting me on hold for a chat until i got disconnected. I was just ignored until the chat line got disconnected!
