So I had Geek Squad for my desktop computer which was purchased at Best Buy. The first few times I had problems, they fixed it no problem. I originally purchased the computer with one terabyte of storage — two drives, 500 gb each. I brought the comp in to have something fixed. They said they had to ship out the computer to somewhere else for repairs. My computer was mailed back to be — ONE DRIVE MISSING. I now only had 500 gb of storage. Geek Squad refused to do anything about it. They also asked for my OS disk, which I provided. They sent back the disk with a different sleeve than I originally gave them. They some how LOST the sleeve that had the key on it — I'm having computer problems again and would like to reformat it but of course, I can't exactly do so without that key. Ugh.
