We bought this Whirlpool WTW 6600 SWO, furthermore something agreement for this, price about $1ooo for that machine. It hardly ever really worked nicely, we'd a lot of support calls and repairs (?) done until finally Bestbuy offered us a brand new device, that one WTW 6600 SWO, however it never did work very well both.
