After our year contract was up AT&T Wireless contacted us with an offer wherein AT&T would waive the $29.99 service charge on both of our phone lines if we agreed to another year of service. We never received the credits. I would call and they would continually tell me, month after month, that the credits would show up on the next months statement. Now AT&T is telling me that I waited too long to contact them regarding this credit and there is nothing they can do.
