Two items were purchased from the HH Gregg Co (appliance & electronics) and each item had a $30 rebate. The two items were purchased at the same time and were on the same invoice. All required items were submitted as outlined on the rebate form.
I received one check for $30. When I called to inquire about the second rebate it took me three times to get thru to an operator as they kept hanging up on me. Once I finally got thru to an operator I asked about the second rebate. She informed me they only received info on one item.
I know this is wrong because both items were on one receipt. So if they got the info on one they had the info for the other item.
She said there was nothing she could do. I would have to resubmit the items. I explained to her that I had all the information in front of me and I could fax it to her. She again stated that I would have to send it thru the mail.
