I have been ripped off by this company called my family mobile. I cancelled 2 lines back in April and they are still charging me for those lines. I have talked to a rep. And they stated" I would not be charged and they lines would be dropped and to go on line to email them". But i'm still being billed for the 2 lines. And I want my refund I don't have money to waste on something that i'm not using.
