So i had service with at&t and so did my father. We both had family plans in which i had 2 lines per family plan and 5 lines per family plan for my father's plan. So i decided to merge one of the lines into my dad's plan since one of the lines contract was up and so i could have an individual line and save money. So i cancelled one of my dad's account line at 8:00 A.M. And then told at&t to merge one of my lines to my dad's account and they said my account was faily new so i had to wait 2 months for me to able to do that. So i said okay that's fine and i called at&t back to un-cancel the line i've cancelled and they said without a credit check that they require a $1000 cash deposit at the nearest at&t store and that they could do nothing about it. So they wanted $1000 for just me cancelling the line for like an hour? Are you kidding me? These a*holes need to be brought down off of their high clouds.
At&t - not recommened, worst customer service.
