Virgin Mobile directed me an email to I would like to Realize That I had a need to topup with a particular day. Nicely attempting to look after issues quickly I went forward 24 hours later and topped-up. It had been 11 days early and so I dropped 11 times! In the place of virgin Cellular beginning with the final evening on my previous top up card they began directly on your day topped-up: (After I approached them (many times) these were not useful and near to just plain rude. One email stated there is nothing they might do... Right... One email actually stated and that I estimate "you got that which you taken care of." Huh, I dropped 11 times... How is the fact that obtaining what I taken care of... Returning my 11 times might have been the best thing to complete, however they weren't thinking about performing the best point: (Therefore frustrating. Bad customer support and bad business methods.
