I have three phones with virgin moble and they all were suspened, because virgin moble claim fruad on my visa card as long as I had the phone I been using the same visa and I faxed in proof that the visa belongs to me and virgin moble still having turn the phone back on at this point I will like to be refunded all mymoney. I have went to a new phone company no more prepaid. It has been 48hrs and virgin moble say wait 72 hrs. Who want to wait 72 hrs for a phone ceil phone are for emergency and virgin moble has let me down. If I would have read some of these e-mail before going to virgin moble I would of took another route. And nobody else make the same mistake I did now my kids are mad at me like as if I didnt pay the bill.
