Best Buy Geek Squad in Grand Forks North Dakota are the most stupid and clueless people I ever met in my whole life. I bought an LG TV a year ago from Best Buy, stopped working 4 months later and for the next 7 months I had to endure the worst repair service in the history of TVs from the so called Geek Squad. They don't know what they are doing. I finally sent my TV to LG and got repaired in less than 10 days. The TV is working great now.
