Siemens cordless phone was purchased in March. Rebate mailed on March 26. Called on 9-17, after not receiving rebate. Girl named Sarah at rebate center advised she could not find my rebate copy but assured she had re-entered it and I could expect my rebate in about 4 weeks.
As of 12-3, today, I have still not received the rebate. On the call I made today a recording advised a check #925792 had been printed and would arrive in 6 to 8 weeks after my mailed in rebate. I believe a lot more than 6 to 8 weeks have passed and am ready to file a report. No more calls and promises.
