RIPOFF, Made getting the rebate very difficult after showing obvious proof of purchase by sending back rebate twice and requesting more information. Ripoff

After purchasing Siemens phone BECAUSE of the $100 rebate, I mailed the rebate form in with necessary information. They sent it all back requesting that I photoscan the barcode on the phone with the esn number on it. After doing that and sending it back to them they returned everything again telling me that I had to write down the ESN number and a special form and then send it back. This is ridiculous.

What ever happened to common sense, especailly when I sent them the actual receipt of purchase and a photo scanned copy of the UPC symbol WHICH has the ESN number on it!!!
