I bought a GE Profile Fridge with pc on doorway in 10, I bought a-5 year guarantee which created the costs increase to $7,000.00. I've been having difficulty using the ice-maker since day-one, not producing enough snow and also have had a specialist out to my house atleast 10 times. They've changed pretty much every component except the whole fridge. I want help. After I contact the warranty division, it's in Asia, the folks can't speak Language and it is not clear plus they get furious should you ask to become used in the USA of America. I want help having a quality for this issue. It's today 2011 and Sears can't solve the issue. Do I have to contact GE??
