Can not solve simple problem

This method began on 3-12-09... I approached Sears Parts immediate to-order an upgraded water filter for my Kenmore alongside fridge. Until recently I've NEVER had an issue with replacement filters. I had been on=line purchasing the component while speaking with a live person about the telephone to ensure I acquired the right component for my fridge.

I also requested a milk door alternative... $90 al together.

3-17-09 The component came plus they were therefore badly packed the filter had turn out of the container and rattled abound so much it broke the milk door. I contact them again and advised them of the damaged doorway as well as asked concerning the filter I'd been delivered.in those days I had been educated the filter was a which I'd require an adaptor to create it work with my refrig... I told them that it'd have created good easily have been advised of the requirement for an adaptor after I bought the filter. They decided and that I requested for that filter to be delivered totally free, they decided and delivered an upgraded milk door and adaptor.

I received the adaptor without any directions and proceeded to displace the filter, actually I put out the aged filter after I got the brand new one. Today I've no strained water and oh no snow since the water for that ice-maker experiences the water filter...

THE FILTER DOESN'T WORK-EVEN WITH HE ADAPTOR!!! I named sears again htye were likely to do study about the components to ensure these were certainly appropriate component. This study procedure was to get 5-10 times based on the repetition. I spot the study purchase on 3-25-09. Well I contact sears today 4-9-00 to discover that they had no record of the study demand. Process started all over agin. I've no strained water and we've been buying snow for pretty much per month today. Sear apologized and agreed to delivered something individual out in a cost of $70.00 plus components... At this time I'm eager and routine the phone call for 8 am - 5pm all day long delay. They're suppose in the future tomorrow TO INFORM ME THE PART ISN'T PROPER in a cost of $70.00

Sears must deliver the restoration individual out totally free and stp placing ONCE FAITHFUL client through the ring!!
