This past year my fiance and that i changed to tmobile. At the full time thinking it was advisable! We looked online for devices we wanted and plan we needed after which called and ordered our service within the phone. Representative was extremly nice and appeared to know what she was doing. We requested and paid for expedited shipping... Overnight... 4 times later. No telephones. We called and spoke to boss which advised us repetition never examined overnight shipping however for some reason we were actually priced for this. She did credit our cc back the price. 2 days later we received our telephones. My fiance's phone was as ordered altho our phone was a diff tale... Not just was it the incorrect design... It had been a diff color and marked having a restored label! I called and spoke to some boss again. She apologized and that i obtained proper phone following day. That is where the significantly good service ceased. A couple weeks later my fiance's telephone stored cold up. We callled in and rep says to us... U be seemingly calling in on a lot of problems... Okay... Nicely... Question why??? May be because we r having problems!!! That problem solved fundamentally with new simcard. Few months later... We proceed to a diff condition... I contact and change address and request number modifications... 2 hours later im still on home phone with repetition that i will hardly comprehend bcuz she doesnt talk proper english... I eventually find boss on phone and clarify i've been on phone for more than 2 hours simply to change numbers and she says procedure should only get 10 moments but she cant do quantity change for me. She needs to transport me back... Time later. My house phone dies... However no number change... I contact from mobile phone. They tell me icant be on mobile phone to get this done... Today im really angry... I contact following day... Onhold for over one hour... Move from representative to boss... I simply want to alter cell figures bcuz we moved... Long story quick... After about 5 hours complete im told. U possess a family plan and to alter numbers on the family program there's a waiting list!!! A waiting list??? Exactly what the heck does which means that??? Im happy tmobile has such good engineering! Cheers tmobile!!!
