Our name is Eve Smith (509) 218-1854 I damamged my TMobil mobile phone and applied my insurance from Assurion to obtain it changed. This is a description of what adopted:

Delivered alternative telephone with wrong battery.

Named TMobile was informed it's an Assurion issue.

Named Assurion was informed it's a Tmobile factory issue.

Sent Assurion they approached me from boss office delivered me a telephone three times later. Approx 3 months from recieving telephone with wrong battery.

Begin receiving automatic communications from TMobil seeking broken telephone delivered I'd to wait this since new telephone hadn't managed to get in my experience yet. Called TMobile to inform them about wait and so I don't get 35.00 cost as previously mentioned on automatic clutter.

I delivered two telephones back

Today obtaining automatic calls seeking 70.00 for low-delivered telephones that have been delivered back with shipping from TMobile.

TMobile claims they've not obtained telephones.

I'm their factory in not working properly, I'll NOT be considered a TMobile customer again.

Atleast 5 lengthy calls contact to Tmobile customer support which scenario continues to be not solved.
