After my Motorola cliq was broken I required an upgraded since I have was spending insurance. T-mobile explained having a 130$ deductible I really could get a similar alternative given that they were not producing the Motorola cliqs anymore that was a my contact slide. After rec the telephone it began performing up cutting-off (needed to take away the battery) to reduce, couldn't produce calls without performing master resets of course if I'd react to a text it'd visit another person... Therefore tmobile directs me another telephone. When I was speaking with the initial person i named the telephone named another person in the centre of the convo! I then found out the alternative telephones were all restored! I named customer service to question them why were they delivering me restored telephones??? Repetition couldn't say why she simply kept stating they deliver new or "like-new" telephones which are under guarantee! What??!! Never did tmobile ACTUALLY advise me anytime that insurance for changed broken or defective telephones could be "Likenew". I'll be composing the BBB along side Clark Howard and changing telephone businesses!!! Because of a buddy of mines for referring me for this website where you are able to keep grievances!!!
