Not restoring service

Our wfe and that i have now been t mobile customers for around 5 decades. On 5/17, our cellphone was taken. On 5/18, i named a tmobile consultant to cancel service on my point. The repetition stop my point and ordered a fresh phone a nokia 6133 but needed to sign toa 2-year agreement. The telephone appeared on 5/21. I had been told to call tmobile provide them with our new simcard and my company could be activated. I did so all these things and my phone couldn't be activated. I named all 5/21,5/22,5/23,5/24, e mailed tmobile on 5/25, these were closed on 5/26, named 5/27,5/28, spoken to numerous repetitions. They stated there is something glitich and get 3-5 days to displace.By today 5/30, the service to my phone hasn't been restored and it is still been given the runaround about my support. I'm a road driver i want my service to keep touching my business, my loved ones and just in case i dysfunction to call help after i required. I've been generally been pleases with t mobile so far appears no-end is view. My spouse and that i are extremely disappointed the way in which tmobile has treated us.
