I named sales and was offered an agenda for sixty dollars unlimeted chat, wording, and data per line with two free phones in a family strategy. Whoa i thought that was awesome. I expected easily could easily get my figures ported in from my previous company and that i was guaranteed most definately. After my telephones came i talked to customer care to obtain my telephone numbers ported since i had been advised by sales to achieve that. Not just did they not have the sixty dollars per person family plan we didn't have a family strategy. We'd a person rate each for eighty dollars each. Customer support representative explained she'd make it sixty each and bring to your family plan and port in the amount. While she was done she said she couldn't interface our numbers because she's to transport me to another division. Subsequently for some strange reason my point was disconnected and that i was calling from my home phone. After i named back i had been on the family plan however the rate wasn't at $60 per line when i was guaranteed again. Then your new customer service representative stated there's no such strategy. The program is $70 per line monthly. I requested to talk to a spoke to stream. She said nothing she could do no such strategy she can't provide an agenda from nothing. Subsequently i visit a professional for $50 per month each to get a family strategy. I named again and that i was advised that i don't qualify due to the conditions on my telephones was sent free of charge. I rapidly replied the advertising didn't state that. Obviously i delivered our phones as quickly when i might named using the tracking number and advised tmobile to cancel my account since i'm method ahead of the twenty times. I don't owe tmobile a cent. Ended my account totally. Tmobile is the most filthy passed, deceptive, laying. Wrong company i've ever handled. I had been lied to, after which they actually tried to convince me how they were correct. What an insult to me and my loved ones. Whoever i fulfill i'll tell my experience with tmobile. I actually feel bad for several tmobile customers which are trapped within their web of deal. Best of luck. I recommend everyone whom has issues with tmobile to get hold of the eee in washington.
