I have been getting the run a round with this company for about 30 days now. I placed an order online for a family plan with flex pay and of course I did have to pay up front for the service... They are telling me now. THEY CAN'T FIND MY ONLINE PAYMENT! How do you loose a payment online... Liars!
I have been sent to various "CSR" of course with different responses from them all. I am tired of playing games with them and something needs to be done. I will be canceling my service with them since they cant seem to get it right and of course letting everyone I know... DONT USE T-MOBILE at all!
Oh and I do want my money back...
